Ordered a fire parts needed replacing . Asked for discount. The member of staff was very rude on phone. Had no choice but put up one star . The best thing I can say to anyone PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

Employed their services to fix our fire. We were charged for parts we can't use as they didn't resolve the problem and double charged for one part. Following a call back as the fire still did not work, we were charged another 195 and told the bit that was broken was no longer manufactured. So far we have been charged over 400 and the fire still does not work. On the 2nd call out, the engineer incorrectly stated again that the fire was fixed but changed his mind after I instructed he wait 5-10 minutes and the fire cut out. We called them to complain and the owner was incredibly unreasonable. At the point when we said we would share our experience online, said she would be charging us for the 2nd call out, as well as the battery, which we had already paid her engineer for. I am in shock at the way we have been treated.
